White Chocolate Cosmic Mulberry Bark-Philosophie

White Chocolate Cosmic Mulberry Bark

There’s a misconception that superfood blends and collagen/adaptogen powders are only used in smoothies and cozy lattes; while they are so perfect in these kitchen creations there are tons more you can unlock when you add powerful nutrient-dense blends to other recipes.

If you’ve been with us for a while now you know that’s what we’re all about. We LOVE to get creative in the kitchen and our incredible community does too. This white chocolate cosmic mulberry bark recipe was created by our Philosophie girl Lauren (@laurenupsidedownorsideways) using our collagen blend, Cosmic Elixir!

We love treating ourselves to a nourishing, delicious snack! Cosmic Elixir is a blend of grounding adaptogens and beautifying collagen with no added sugar, which means you can add it to this white chocolate recipe and stay sugar-crash free!

This recipe also uses cacao butter (so good!) which can be substituted with coconut oil if you don’t have access to it and a handful of dried mulberries which help to decrease oxidative stress and improve blood sugar control.

Can’t wait to hear what you all this of this cosmic treat!

Gather This:

½ cup cacao butter (or coconut oil)

2 tbsp no sugar added white chocolate chips

¼ cup no sugar added peanut butter or cashew butter

2 tbsp Cosmic Elixir

2 tbsp maple syrup

Handful of dried mulberries

Handful of gluten-free pretzels

Optional: pinch of sea salt

Do This:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a double boiler or microwave, melt mix cacao butter/coconut oil, white chocolate chips and peanut butter. If using a microwave, microwave for 30-second intervals and then stir, repeat 1 or two times until smooth.

Add Cosmic Elixir and maple syrup, and stir until smooth.

Pour mixture on parchment-lined baking sheet

Sprinkle mulberries and pretzels on top (and optional sea salt)

Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
