If you want it extra tick use a frozen banana and you can absolutely substitute any of these ingredients with what you have on hand. My rule of thumb? Combine fruit + healthy fat + liquid of choice and SUPERFOODS then you’re good to go!

Gather This:
1 frozen banana
1 cup nut mylk
1 tbsp Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend
1 tbsp Coconut Magic Coconut Butter
1 tbsp your favorite nut butter (we love Georgia Grinders!)
1 pitted date
Toppings: Purely Elizabeth granola, sliced banana, and a drizzle of Cacao Bee Honey
