One of our favorite ways to use our superfood + plant-based protein blends is in a supercharged, tasty smoothie! We’re sharing the first of three smoothie recipes featuring all three of our antioxidant-rich superfood blends that taste like summer in a cup.
First up is a summer berry smoothie made with banana, pitaya, Berry Bliss, collagen (for healthy hair & skin), nut butter and nut milk! Pitaya is high in fiber and iron, a rich source of antioxidants, and is a powerful source of vitamin C; combined with our Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend and your stopping any sickness from ever entering your sacred body temple. We also added 1 tbsp of Berry Bee Honey full of vitamin C, nutrient-dense superfoods and mood-boosting adaptogens.
Can you think of a better way to get your daily dose of healthy fruits than sipping it in one smoothie?
Gather This:
1 frozen banana (makes it extra creamy!)
½ cup pitaya
1 tbsp Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
1 tbsp Berry Bee Honey
1 spoonful Copina Co collagen (optional but so good!)
1 spoonful Georgia Grinders almond butter or your favorite nut butter
1 cup Goodmylk almond milk or milk of choice
Do This:
Blend all ingredients into a blender. Pour into your favorite glass and ENJOY!
