Strawberry Apple Healthy Popsicles
Summer is coming to a close but we’re celebrating these final few weeks with healthy, homemade popsicles. These have been a Jaffe staple all summer long and I’ve been making superfood popsicles for my kiddos since they were little babes. It’s the easiest way to sneak in some nutrients and Philosophie superfoods by disguising them as a tasty summer treat.
These apple juice and strawberry pops are all-natural and incredibly sweet and refreshing—mamas love them too!
Gather This:
1 cup unsweetened apple juice (We used a local brand Little West)
1 tbsp Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
1 tsp Sunshine Drops
2 cups frozen strawberries (thawed)
½ lemon (juiced)
2 tbsp Berry Bee Honey or raw honey
Do This:
Blend the juice and superfoods together. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight. Serve on a platter for your next pool patter and finish with a drizzle of Berry Bee Honey + a handful of your favorite berries. ENJOY!
