Stacked Veggie Burger Recipe

I'm always on the hunt for finding nourishing and quick meals on the go that fill me up but also provide a ton of nutrients! In the Jaffe house, we have been major fans of Dr Praeger’s for a long time. They have so many fun bites for kids too like their spinach puffs and their vegan Mac n Cheese. SO YUM!

Today, I focused on myself and filling my belly + baby girl with all the nutrients we needed. I made these massive stacked veggie burgers from Dr Praeger’s the other week on my insta and all you babes went nuts! I wanted to share the full recipe here. Allllll the layers + colors, you’re eating the rainbow with this beauty!

 

Gather This:

Coconut, nori or pita wrap

Dr Pragers Veggie Burgers

Mix of sweet + savory veggies (I added mango here)

Avocado (optional)

Hummus, Tahini or dressing of choice


OPTIONAL:

Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend Pesto (for dipping!)


Do This:

Get a wrap and prepare the veggie burgers as instructed. Crumble the burger into the wrap. Next, gather your favorite veggies (I love mixing sweet & savory so i put mango in mine), avocado (delish in these wraps & keep you full for longer), hummus, tahini or dressing of choice, wrap and ENJOY!
