Simple Superfood Yogurt Parfait

This recipe is incredibly easy to create and looks stunning when served in a clear glass! It is the perfect addition to a special brunch or a quick and healthy breakfast that can be made the night before. Here’s how!
All you need is a nourishing yogurt (regular or dairy-free, your choice!), plus the Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend for added nutrients and a healthy serving of plant-based protein. A few spoonfuls of raw oats provide extra fiber and will also keep you full and fruits like kiwi and mango to add some sweetness and added nutrients.
For toppings, add your favorite berries and sprinkle on shredded coconut making a picture-perfect parfait!
Gather This:
2 cups of yogurt of your choice + extra for in-between layers (we love Kite Hill almond yogurt)
Handful of spinach
1 tsp Green Bee Honey
1 tsp Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
Handful of oats
Handful of mango + kiwi (make it fun by cutting them into fun shapes!)
Toppings: mixed berries + shredded coconut
Do This:
In the blender, combine yogurt with spinach, Green Dream, and Green Bee Honey. Set aside. In a jar first layer in your raw oats, then place a row of cut mango along the side. Add in a layer of your Green Dream yogurt blend then a layer of plain yogurt. Add in your kiwi along the side and repeat the layers. Top with your mixed berries and shredded coconut. ENJOY!
