Simple Green Dream Roasted Carrots Recipe
I’m over here desperately trying to escape the sugar + food coma from Easter/Passover brunch and filling my body with ALL the veggies! I love this dish for it’s simplicity and flavor composition. Sometimes you crave veggies that really feel nutritious and taste amazing!
We dunked these beauties into our own Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend Pesto. So, so good!
Gather This:
1 bag of Organic Carrots (we used heirloom carrots)
1 tbsp EVOO
1 tsp Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
1 tsp Green Bee Honey
S+P
Do This:
Slather carrots with Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend, Salt and Pepper, and roast on 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Once caramelized, take out of the oven and drizzle with a bit of Green Bee Honey.
Optional: Add our Green Dream Pesto on the side for that extra flava.
