Honey-Drizzled Rosemary Fig Toast

We’re sharing one of our favorite toast recipes that’s creative & delicious, while not being too overly sweet. After spreading ghee onto a slice of gluten-free toast and topping it with Cacao Bee Honey, figs, bee pollen, and berries, add a sprig of rosemary to add a lovely pine taste, along with a calming aroma! 

 

Besides helping you ground down and easing any anxiety, rosemary also stimulates the immune system, boosts circulation, and promotes healthy digestion. This high-vibrational herb also pairs beautifully with the figs, which nourish the intestines and support healthy digestion due to their high amounts of fiber. This sweet, chewy fruit is also rich in potassium, which helps lower blood pressure. 

 

While this delectable toast makes for a flavorful brekkie that'll definitely awaken your taste buds, it also works as a wholesome snack that'll help chase away any midday stress that's built up! 

Gather This:

1 slice of gluten-free toast

2 figs, sliced

1 sprig of rosemary

1 tbsp bee pollen 

1 tsp Cacao Bee Honey

1 handful blueberries

1 tsp ghee (coconut oil or butter also work)

handful of mulberries

 

Do This:

Toast your bread and spread on the ghee. Slice fig, place on the toast, and drizzle with the honey. Top with sprinkles of bee pollen, blueberries, rosemary and mulberries.
