Rainbow Paleo Donuts Recipe

Rainbow Paleo Donuts Recipe

We hope you are all feeling the spring magic as much as we are! We're embracing the blooms, fruits and ALL the colors!

In the spirit of spring, we whipped up these clean & DELICIOUS donuts for you to treat your loved ones come Easter morning! Honestly, you can enjoy this Philosophie recipe year round! We used our three superfood protein blends mixed with Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mix. You guys know we are seriously all about treating ourselves, and love finding ways to sneak majorly beneficial superfoods like Spirulina and Cacao into our desserts. Why not add a beautifying and healthy upgrade to any baked good!?

These stunners are a no brainer when it comes to Sunday brunch.

Gather This:

1 box Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mix

1 tsp each of Cacao Magic, Berry Bliss, and Green Dream

Vanilla yogurt (we love Kite Hill!)

1 box plant based food coloring (we love Color Garden!)

Optional: Sarai’s Matcha Superfood spread (could also use green dream in yogurt to achieve the green color) dried flowers, shredded coconut, or bee pollen for toppings.

Do This:

Make the batter according to the instructions. Separate the uncooked batter into 3 smaller bowls with one tsp of Berry Bliss in one bowl, Cacao Magic in another, and Green Dream in the last bowl.

Use a donut machine like this one to cook each flavor.

Set aside donuts to cool. Grab 2 more bowls and your yogurt, separate that in half into each bowl. Add the pink food coloring to one batch and pink/blue to the other, stir well.

We used the Sarai’s Matcha spread mentioned above, for the green donuts.

Frost donuts and sprinkle with toppings, enjoy these high vibrational treats that make you feel good from the inside out! HAPPY EASTER! Xx

Hi Esme!

Thank you so much! They were the best! Would love to have you join our Philosophie family – let me know what you think of the blends once you try them or if you have questions on where to start!! And yes, the frosting is made with natural food coloring from Color Garden – linked above!
