Cacao Pumpkin Oatmeal
Hope everyone is enjoying the fall season! I’m OBSESSED with fall flavors. There are so many different recipe possibilities out there and endless high vibe, nourishing options. You don’t have to reach for the leftover Halloween candy, but one or a few wouldn't hurt.
If you maybe need something a little extra healing and nourishing today a candy binge then this is the perfect oatmeal bowl to indulge in. Philosophie Babe Eva Shipp helped create this amazing fall recipe with some slight modifications by us over at Philosophie HQ. It’s filled with pumpkin, sweet potatoes, collagen and our fav, Cacao Magic Superfood Blend for its extra healing and energetic properties. Pumpkin is high in antioxidants and helps with boosting immunity combined with sweet potato and Cacao Magic this oatmeal is a great morning boost.
This is the best on a crisp fall morning!
Gather This:
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups almond milk
1 cup water
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup cut sweet potatoes (1-2 whole sweet potatoes)
1 tbsp Cacao Magic Superfood Blend
1 scoop granola
2 tbsp Cacao Bee Honey
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or Fall Vibes)
A pinch of salt
Do This:
Spread out cut sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, garlic, s + p then bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. While those are roasting, mix all ingredients (besides the honey and granola) in a pot, turn heat to medium and let it come to a gentle simmer then stir occasionally until it’s the consistency you like, about 5-10 minutes. Top with roasted sweet potatoes, a drizzle of Cacao Bee Honey and granola. ENJOY!
