No-Bake Fig Bars Recipe
We’re wrapping up the month of October with these amazing, high-vibe fig bars, perfect for welcoming in the new month and dipping farther into the fall flavors. These beauties are loaded with Philosophie superfoods for extra protein and a boost of vitamins.
The star ingredient of this recipe is figs (preferably dried). Figs are a rich source of fiber (2 grams per fig), potassium and magnesium, making it great for improving blood pressure and metabolizing fats and proteins. It keeps you feeling healthy and vibrant!
Figs pair absolutely beautifully with Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend bringing out a rich taste and giving you tons of energy. This is the perfect bar on-the-go!
Gather This:
1 bag of figs (dried)
1 tbsp Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend
1 tbsp Coconut Magic Coconut Butter
1tsp Cacao Bee Honey
1 tbsp Pics Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Bobs Red Mill Flax Meal
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Do This:
Throw all ingredients into the food processor and pulse until well blended. Add a piece of parchment paper to the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan. Press mixture firmly in the bottom of the pan (it should be about 1 1/2 inches thick). Pop into the freezer for 1 hour. Take out and cut into vertically to create the bar shape. Store in the fridge in glass tupperware, if they even last that long! ;)
