Healing + Yummy Lentil Soup Recipe

Straight from our Philosophie cleanse, this super simple soup recipe is so yummy and very healing on the body. I love making this in bulk so I have plenty for the rest of my week. A warm, savory soup allows you to freedom to really pack in the nutrients and add different spices + herbs to amplify the taste of the veggies you incorporate into the broth. This soup warms you from the inside out, make sure to save it for the next rainy day!

 

Gather This:

½ onion

5 cloves garlic 

1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

1-2 can(s) black or red lentils (depending on how much you want to make)

1 cup carrots (chopped)

½ kale (chopped)

1 tbsp Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend


Do This:

Bring a large pot to the stove and heat oil. Saute carrots with garlic, then add kale. Add lentils and simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until veggies are soft. Finish with 1 tbsp of Green Dream Savory Blend and enjoy!
