Easy, Raw Coconut Strawberry Bliss Bars
The LA bug is going around and I’m DETERMINED to not let it get to me or my family! The best way to combat the sickness bugs is through nourishment. I sneak in some vitamin C and immunity boosts whenever I can, which is why I’m so happy to have my superfoods on hand that make it so easy to add in nutrients and vitamins into my meals.
These coconut strawberry bliss bars are an easy-to-carry snack AND superfood boost all in one! I added dates, dried strawberries and agave so they’re super sweet and honestly, taste like a candy bar! Yet, it’s loaded with Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blends which includes camu-camu, one of the world’s most abundant sources of vitamin C.
This snack bar will give you long-lasting energy and vitality throughout the day! Plus, your whole family will love them because they taste so good!
Gather This:
8 soft pitted dates
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup dried strawberries (chopped)
2 tbsp agave
2 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup almond flour
½ cup Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
Do This:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or stand mixer until well combined. Roll into balls or press into a pan to cut into bars. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins.
