Double Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Makes: 13 cookies


Gather This:

2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1 egg

¼ cup Cacao Bee Honey

1 cup oats blended into a fine powder

¾ cup flour

3 tbsp Cacao Magic

¼ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

2 handfuls of chocolate chips (or more depending on preference)


Do This:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Whisk coconut oil, egg, and Cacao Bee Honey together in a small bowl.

Mix blended oats, flour, Cacao Magic, baking soda and salt together in a medium bowl.

Mix wet ingredients into dry using a spatula and fold in chocolate chips.

Roll cookies into a ball and slightly flatten them before placing them on a greased cookie sheet. 

Bake for 12 min. Let cool and enjoy!
