Dairy-Free Yogurt Bowl Recipe
The new year has me a bit nutrition crazy. I’ve been trying to load up on as many nutrients as I can get, but in the easiest way possible because it’s only what my schedule allows lately. As a mama of two and soon to be three, I need easy + high vibe foods EVERY day.
Yogurt is a perfect breakfast or snack when you need something easy and little more filling than a smoothie. I love making dairy-free yogurt bowls with extra toppings, superfoods and made from Kite Hill yogurt. Kite Hill is entirely plant-based and made from almond milk, making it loaded with probiotics for yummy gut health. Add in some Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend for an extra immunity boost and a sweet punch.
Gather This:
1 vanilla Kite Hill yogurt
1 tsp Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
Pinch of Vital Proteins Collagen (more superfoods the better!)
1/4 cup raspberries
Purely Elizabeth Grain Free Granola (there are many different flavors and each have a unique, crunchy taste)
Optional drizzle Berry Bee Honey
Do This:
Add Kite Hill yogurt and a pinch of Vital Proteins to a bowl. Top with Granola, raspberries, a drizzle of Berry Bee Honey, and sprinkling of Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend. Enjoy!
