Breakfast Bowl + Cinnamon Matcha Latte
Mornings are better with breakfast bowls like this: crispy fried eggs, grapefruit, and of course, a side of a superfood matcha latte. We are loving this breakfast created by Cheryl (@cherylshealthylife) using our Green Dream Superfood Blend full of greens, antioxidants and spirulina.
It’s SO important to fuel your beautiful body with nourishing foods that energize and satisfy you. Why deprive your body when you can give it a bowl of egg, fruit, yogurt, and spinach topped with our Green Dream blend? Sounds amazing, right?!
Gather This:
FOR THE BREAKFAST BOWL —
2 crispy fried pasture-raised eggs
1 grapefruit (air-fried)
Dollop of vanilla coconut yogurt
Pinch of cinnamon
Handful of roasted cashews
1 tbsp Green Dream
Handful of spinach
1 avocado
FOR THE MATCHA —
1 tsp matcha
½ tsp Green Dream
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Coconut Magic Coconut Butter
1 tsp Berry Bee Honey
½ cup warm coconut or almond milk
½ cup hot water
Do This:
FOR THE BREAKFAST BOWL —
Cook your eggs and air-fry your grapefruit. Cut the grapefruit around & section it with a knife and spread some coconut oil on top then sprinkle with lots of cinnamon and coconut sugar. Add a dollop of vanilla coconut yogurt with more cinnamon, roasted cashews & sprinkle with Green Dream. Add sautéed spinach with garlic powder & pink salt to a bowl then top with your eggs, sliced avocado with hemp seeds, pink salt & red pepper flakes. Enjoy!!
FOR THE MATCHA —
In a small blender or handheld whisk add matcha, Green Dream, cinnamon, coconut butter, honey, warm coconut or almond milk, and hot water. Blend together until nice & foamy.
