Berry Bliss Zoats Recipe

While zucchini oats or “zoats” don’t sound all that tasty, this recipe has proven to be a big hit! Zucchinis are one of those miracle veggies that have a more neutral flavor to them and can really be added seamlessly to any dishing while still adding a ton of nutrient quality to your meal. I love using zucchinis whenever I can.


I love adding in superfoods to this dish because it really transforms it. The Berry Bliss makes it perfect for the mornings with your superfood coffee.


Gather This:

½ cup almond milk

⅓ cup of rolled oats

¼ cup of shredded zucchini

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp Flax Seeds

1 tsp Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend

A dash of cinnamon

A dash of nutmeg (optional)

1 tbsp any nut butter of your choice (for topping)


Do This:

Shred the zucchini either by pulsing it in a blend or with a cheese grater.


Measure ⅓ cup of rolled oats and place them in a pan on the stove. Add in the almond milk.


Add ¼ cup of shredded zucchini, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to the oats.


Turn the heat up to high. Once it starts boiling, turn it down to a simmer and place a lid on. Cook until all the liquid is absorbed, stirring every so often so it doesn’t stick.


If the mixture is too sticky feel free to add more almond milk or water. Once done cooking, turn off the heat and add Berry Bliss.


Add to a bowl and serve with the toppings of your choice! I love adding nut butter, Coconut Bliss Coconut Butter, strawberries, goji berries and maybe a bit of honey.
