Healing Chai Latte Recipe
Fall is such a fun season to savor—I love curling up with a cozy blanket, a good book, + a chai latte! Next time, instead of running over to a coffee shop, whip up your own homemade, ultra-healing latte with nut milk, your favorite black tea, Cacao Bee, Cacao Magic, ashwagandha, ginger, cinnamon, and Medjool dates for some added natural sweetness.
You'll have all the yumminess of a regular latte, but will also be a treated to inflammation-fighting antioxidants + a boost of energy (courtesy of the Cacao Magic + ashwagandha!)—maybe you'll even make it through another chapter of your novel!
Gather This:
- 1-2 cups water
- 1 cup nut milk, or non-dairy beverage
- 1 bag black tea
- 1-2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon Cacao Bee Manuka Honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (about a 1-inch piece)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend
- ¼ teaspoon ashwagandha
- a pinch of cinnamon
Do This:
Steep your tea separately, then add to a high-speed blender, along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high until frothy. Pour into your favorite bowl or mug, and top with a few sprinkles of cinnamon or cacao nibs!
Serves 1-2.
