Coconut Watermelon Slushy Recipe

Save yourself from a trip to 7-Eleven and its artificially-flavored Slurpees by mixing up this healthful, hydrating Coconut Watermelon Slushy! On a warm summer’s day, I love blending up electrolyte-filled coconut water, antioxidant-packed strawberries, healing Berry Bee Manuka Honey, and luscious watermelon bursting with vitamins A, B6 and C, amino acids, and lycopene. SOOO REFRESHING!

Gather This:

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 3 cups diced watermelon
  • handful organic strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Berry Bee Manuka Honey
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut shavings (optional) 
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Do This:

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Serve + ENJOY!

Yes, you’re totally right! We did add some extra water to the blender- for the photograph. We didn’t want all of the beautiful ingredients to sink to the bottom. :)

This sounds good. From the picture it looks like a lot more than 1/2 cup coconut water…or is that just my perception from the angle?
