Superfood Ice Cream Sandwich Recipes

The only way to one-up ice cream is by adding chewy (or crunchy!) cookiesserve up these super nourishing, dairy-free, gluten-free Philosophie ice cream flavors with gluten-free cookies for an oh-so-yummy dessert that's filled with protein, vitamins, + minerals! 

I love pairing Berry Bliss Coco Rose with sugar cookies, Salted Cacao Magic with peanut butter cookies, and Green Dream Matcha with green tea cookies for double the matcha. Be sure to sprinkle on superfood toppings like walnuts, unsweetened coconut flakes, goji berries, or almond butter for a bit of added texture + flavor! 

Gather This:

  • Philosophie Superfood Ice Cream (Berry Bliss Coco Rose, Salted Cacao Magic, or Green Dream Matcha)
  • Cookies (if you're buying the store variety, look for a brand with a short ingredient list with items that you can recognizeso no icky artificial ingredients!) 

Do This:
