Philosophie Pina Colada Recipe
When it’s super hot out, all I want to do is sit by the pool all day long and sip on cocktails, so I thought I’d whip up a healthy rendition of this irresistible rum summer staple, crafted with Philosophie superfoods + coconut water. This nourishing twist on the classic pina colada not only helps you avoid those prepackaged mixes with questionable ingredients, but also packs in protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals!

.Gather This:- 1 cup pineapple (frozen/fresh)
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 2 ounces coconut water (with pulp)
- 1.5 ounces rum (optional—leave out for a fab mocktail!)
- 1 teaspoon Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
- 2 teaspoons Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
- dash of sea salt
- splash of sweetener (I love adding coconut nectar to this!)
- handful of ice
Do This:
