Firework Fruit Skewers

Serve up red, white, + blue on a stick with these B E A U T I F U L Firework Fruit Skewers. 

My kiddies LOVED making their star-spangled berry + cake wands. Kai even had a game plan for his (you can see it in the video below)! 

Not only are these festive fruit sticks super yummy + colorful, they’re also chockfull of fiber, manganese, potassium, and cancer-fighting antioxidants like ellagic acid and vitamin C! 

Gather This:

• organic strawberries
• organic raspberries
• organic blueberries
• organic blackberries
• angel food cake
• whipped cream (you can try a vegan one like Soyatoo!)

Do This: 

Collect an assortment of organic red + blue berries, like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Cut the angel food cake into bite-sized cubes or use star-shaped cookie cutters to make mini stars for your skewers. Get creative and slide on your berries + cake for a firework-rivaling treat!
