Sophie's Superfood Popsicles

Sophie's Superfood Popsicles

As we spend more time playing in the sun during the fair-weathered months, our bodies crave foods that are hydrating, refreshing, and light. These nourishing, ice pops created with summer fruits + superfoods are beyond easy to make—try one of the combinations below or freeze your own smoothies and juices for a frosty, cool-down treat!

Tropical Sunshine Pops

  • pineapple
  • banana
  • coconut water

Vanilla Coconut Pops

Berry Bliss Pitaya Pops

Coconut Strawberry Pops

  • rose water
  • coconut water
  • sliced strawberries (drop inside molds filled with rose + coconut water)

Green Dream Pops

 Cacao Fudgesicles

Do This:

For each popsicle mix, add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend well until smooth. You can also blend the mixture longer if you love your popsicles super smooth or for a shorter time if you prefer beautiful, visible fruit chunks. Divide amongst popsicle molds and let set in the freezer until your cleansing treats are ready!

Hi Connie,

These keep for 4-6 weeks in the freezer! And so sorry for the late response, hopefully you’ll still be able to share them with your granddaughter in the future.

xoxo,
Sophie
