Chocolate Ice Cream Day Recipe

Chocolate Ice Cream Day Recipe

Guess what? It’s National Chocolate Ice Cream Day, and as an undeniable lover of all things chocolate, I could not be more excited. I’m always looking to satisfy my sweet tooth, and this holiday is the perfect excuse to whip up a massive batch of cacao-crazy “nice cream”.

This cold, crave-worthy treat is not only spiked with our energizing Cacao Magic superfood, but its base is completely dairy-free! A blend of coconut milk and frozen nanners makes this ice cream unbelievably luscious! And the best part is, it literally takes about 10 minutes to make. No trips to the store… all you have to do is open up your freezer door!

So grab a spoon, a cone, a bowl, + a BIG appetite for some chocolatey goodness. You’re only moments away from the perfect summer dessert!

Gather This:

Serves 1-2

Do This:

1. Freeze the coconut milk overnight. When you’re ready to make the nice cream, add all ingredients to a high- speed blender.

2. Pulse, and scrape down the sides of your blender, until you reach the desired consistency. Feel free to add a little nut milk, or ice cubes, as needed!

3. Serve in a bowl with some of your favorite toppings and a drizzle of honey, or scoop on top of a cone and add bee pollen sprinkles!!!
