Berry Cherry Smoothie Recipe
As we move into the warmer months, I love whipping up this ruby red spring + summertime smoothie. The pineapple is great for digestion because of the natural enzymes, the Berry Bliss Superfood Blend is high in plant-based protein, and the mint lightens the smoothie up, making it uber refreshing! If you want it a little sweeter, a ripe banana would be delicious in this. Drink up!
Gather This:
- 8 ounces water
- 1 tablespoon Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen black cherries
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Bliss Coconut Butter
- 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh)
- 8-10 sprigs fresh mint (or more if you love it!)
Do This:
Blitz all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth + creamy! ENJOY!
