Philosophie Self-Love Challenge
Valentine’s Day is almost here, and with it comes the pressure of either being in a loving relationship or showing off your commitment to the one you’re in already. This pressure can build into a cloud of negative energy within your soul and throw you off the vibe you’ve been riding throughout the rest of Aquarius season - a time for growth, freedom, and experimentation in your life. In this “season of love”, it’s easy to forget the most important romance you have: the love of self. You might have had some wild, passionate, unforgettable relationships, but none of your partners - past or present - will ever love you as much as you must love yourself. In the spirit of that, we’re announcing a special Philosophie Self-Love Challenge.
Self-love is simply about wielding your power to act from a place of kindness + respect toward your entire SELF. This holiday is celebrating love in its purest form. The love we give, the love we receive, and, maybe most importantly, the love that we are.
Starting this Sunday, make a promise to the fierceness + beauty within you by committing one act of genuine self-love each day leading up to Valentine’s Day (Thursday, February 14). Whether you finally make that tasty recipe you bookmarked long ago, go on a scenic hike, start a new creative project, or just put your feet up and relax for once, we encourage you to do something nice for the one who’s been there since day one and will stay with you until the end.
