Must-Have for a Mama // Baby Brezza

Hi loves! I hope your week is going wonderfully. This week has been busy—adjusting to a new routine and adapting to new energy in our home. The boys are back at school, Adi launched his new book, and I’m getting back into my own routine. We had big changes in our home and have been going NON-STOP. It’s weeks like this that make it hard to be a present and mindful mama. I do my absolute best to give baby Noa all the love, care and attention she deserves because she’s an actual angel. I give her the best of the best. Truthfully, she is spoiled and I’m completely okay with it.

She’s growing and getting bigger by the second. On the horizon, we’ll be introducing her to her first live, whole foods and I’m so excited! Of course, we’ll be making pureed meals for her ourselves as much as we can. I want to make sure I’m giving her clean foods and as many nutrients as possible. To help, I tested out several different baby food makers to figure out what would work best for me and my lifestyle. I am so glad one of them was the Baby Brezza One Step Food Maker Deluxe, a patented one-step food maker system! This appliance is ah-ma-zing! It makes whole, nutritious purees for your little babe in only a few minutes at the press of 1 button.

What makes it so special is its patented function that blends food immediately after steaming. Meaning all you have to do is toss in raw veggies, fruits, etc., press a button and it’s done! It makes it super simple and convenient. Plus it comes with a few reusable food pouches that make it easy to serve what you just made or store purees if you made extra.

I also tried several other baby food makers as part of my exploration, including the Beaba Babycook and Cuisinart Baby Food Maker, and honestly, the Baby Brezza is the easiest to use! The Beaba takes a lot more effort – first, you have to steam in a basket, then remove it, pour the steamed food back into the bowl to blend. The Cuisinart steams and blends in one bowl like the Baby Brezza – but doesn’t switch from steaming to blending automatically. And since you can’t set the steam time, so you have to watch it then turn the knob to blend.

Only the Baby Brezza food maker lets me steam and blend in one bowl with just a push of a button! I can set it and forget it! Plus, the Baby Brezza is the only baby food maker I’ve come across that allows you to set your own steam time. So I can put whatever veggies or fruits I want in it and don’t have to watch or worry about it. When you have meetings, casting calls, errands, photoshoots, plus a baby and other kids to take care off (and did I mention a husband too), I need a baby food maker that allows me to press 1 button and then it takes care of the rest.

We tried our Baby Brezza with garbanzo beans, zucchini, avocado, and banana; I was so impressed! The consistency and texture was just the way I like and the taste was delicious and vibrant.

I’m so excited to open up the magic and wonder of solids to baby Noa and with this magical Baby Brezza food maker, she’s in for a treat!

Any suggestions for recipes + foods I should make first with the #BabyBrezza? Share your ideas with me on Twitter using #MyPhilosophie or #PhilosophieLove.

Hi, Lauren!

Not at all! The glass one will work just as well. Hope this helps!

Thanks, Sophie! Do you specifically recommend the Brezza food maker that you linked to? What about the Brezza Glass one? https://babybrezza.com/products/glass-one-step-baby-food-maker
