Cauliflower Pitaya Bowl Recipe

Did you know you can sneak cauliflower into your pitaya smoothie bowls (or Cacao Magic Bowls)? This cruciferous cousin of broccoli really packs in the vitamin C–it's one of THE best sources to get in that essential vitamin that supports the growth and repair of ALL body tissues. 

When you mix caulflower into a dragonfruit bowl featuring Berry Bliss, Coconut Bliss, a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen (which makes your skin look absolutely radiant), and a spoonful of almond butter, you'll have a gorgeous magenta brekie, snack, or dessert that's also an amazing source of protein, antioxidants, vitamin K, and folate!  

And while good ol' white cauliflower is perfect in this smoothie bowl, I'd love to see how a PURPLE cauliflower blends up with the bright pink of the pitaya (share it with me on Insta if you try it)!    

Gather This:

For the Base: 

 

For the Toppings: 

  • fresh fruit
  • granola
  • figs
  • goji berries
  • edible flowers

Do This:

Combine all ingredients in the blender. Scoop out into a bowl and add whatever toppings appeal to you!
