Berry Bliss Fruit Roll-Up Recipe

Remember wrapping those Fruit Roll-up candies around your index finger just to make them last longer? Here's a fun, berrylicious recipe so you can create your own endless supply at home that's not only a "healthy version," but also packed with superfoods.

I love that these 4-ingredient roll-ups are a breeze to make – it's as easy as blending up a simple smoothie, pouring it into a baking sheet, and letting your oven (or dehydrator, if you got one) work its magic.

For these yummy fruit roll-ups, I blitzed a bunch of organic strawberries, added some lemon for bright tanginess (not to mention cleansing powers), sweetened the mix with Berry Bee Honey, and and then added a spoonful of Berry Bliss to make this a truly beautifying treat (hello, antioxidants!).

Of course, roll-ups aren't roll-ups unless they're kid-approved, so I put them to the test and handed Kai + Leo a couple strips. Guess what? They passed!

Combine all ingredients in the food processor or blender. Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet (it should be about 1/4 -1/2 inch thick). Place in oven on the lowest degree setting possible (115 degrees or so) for a dehydrating effect. Set timer for 4 hours! Let it cool, and the fruit should easily peel right off of the parchment paper!
