Berry Bliss Beet Toast Recipe
Roasted beets are the secret to this flamingo pink Berry Bliss Toast recipe! When whipped up in a food processor with lemon juice, garlic, garbanzo beans, and Berry Bliss, they create a divine hummus that's high in immune-boosting vitamin C, potassium, manganese, and fiber. As a crowd-pleasing chip dip, it's also great to share at parties!
But I love it most spread on top of a slice of hot toast that's then garnished with crispy radishes and salt + pepper – a nutrient-dense snack that can't be beat.

Gather This:
- 1 slice of toast
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 teaspoon Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 roasted beet
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 thinly sliced radishes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt + pepper
Do This:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Spread hummus on toast and top with sliced radishes, salt, and pepper!
