Partner Park Workout
Adi + I recently took our workout to the park, which is great for the whole family since it doubles as playtime for the kiddies!
We love sweating it out in the playground as the monkey bars, balance beam, and steps create challenging ways to tone our bodies in HIIT sets (AND we can enjoy the crisp air + autumn light!)
