Heart of the Week: 1 Giant Mind App
I'm REALLY LOVING the 1 Giant Mind App, a wonderful tool for meditating anywhere and anytime.
I've been trying to create separation between my anxiety/stress of work and who I am as a person, and this has really been helping. Meditation helps me find focus, calm, and clarity when I need it most.

I especially love 1 Giant Mind because it provides 10, 15, and 20 minute guided sessions, meditation tips, reminders, and a journal feature so you can make meditation a ritual and build a sacred space to rebalance + ground yourself.
