Heart of the Week: Chrysalis Water

My sister hand-makes each of these bottles of Chrysalis Water with essential oils, witch hazel, flower essences, and SO much love.

You can use it on your face + body and spray it onto your linens and throughout your room. It completely transforms the energy—my kids even have their own bottles for when they need a shift energetically. It's the most incredible thing! I mist it on my yoga mat too and on my private clients after a deep practice.
