This week, I went to an amazing book launch party for my friend, Meredith Baird, to celebrate her new book, Coconut Kitchen: Cooking with Nature's Most Beautifying Superfood!

The party was such a blast—The Chalkboard Magazine and Pressed Juicery hosted with delish drinks + food and tons of my LA friends + new friends (who I had yet to meet) came! 

The star of the partyMeredith's masterpieceis ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! It's an incredible exploration of the powers of coconut (one my favorite versatile ingredients!) and holds 60 super yummy recipes (many of which are raw, vegan, and gluten-free), plus some must-know coconut beauty secrets. So proud of Meredith!
