Eat The Colors of The Earth + Win a Philosophie Eat Your Colors T-Shirt!
In celebration of beginning the new week with Find a Rainbow Day AND Earth Day on April 22nd, we'll be helping our kids find rainbows all month long by CREATING them with their foods!
The most vibrant foods are Mother Nature’s gifts (or crayons!)—just think of that bright pop of fuchsia in our pitaya bowls!
It's so important to teach your little ones all about the magic of making rainbows in meals and eating ALL of their colors.
To encourage your kids to eat their fruits + veggies, print out this cute chart and let them know how this fun game works:
Each row of the rainbow represents a week, and at the top are the letters for the various days of the week. Each day, have your child eat at least 2 fruits/ veggies and have them fill in that part of the chart with the color of their nourishing food! And the more colors each day, the better!
On Day 1, also decide with your child what prize they’ll win if they complete the week/full month. It could be a trip to the beach, a day at zoo, a family park/picnic day, or computer time!
Reward your kid with a prize if there are 2 different colors PER day—when it's complete, the little boxes should look like a pretty rainbow!
And to make this even more fun, we’ll be giving away an Eat Your Colors t-shirt at the end of the month!
