Clean out your pantry, cabinets, and condiments in your fridge!

Now that we've established such beautiful eating habits, let's set ourselves up for success by ridding what no longer serves us.

Toss out anything processed, anything with high fructose corn syrup, anything with gluten, and anything that you question whether it's healthy or not.

Don't be afraid to let it go, I promise you you can always find it again at the store if you MUST have it :)
