Spring Cleanse Challenge #2 - Electronic Detox
Today's challenge is all about detoxing from electronics and giving that iPhone some shut-eye. Today, reduce the amount of time you spend on your phone and other screen-time devices. After this post on social media, I will not be on my socials for the rest of the day! It feels so good to let go and disconnect.
If a screen is something you’ll be needing for your job, that’s totally fine. Just unplug once you’ve clocked out and let your breaks and evening be electronic free!
Remember, almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you ;)
Tomorrow, once you've completed your electronic detox, snap a pic of something that you found especially beautiful + share it with us on Instagram with #myphilosophie!

Hi Chasity,
Thank you for joining me in this challenge! I’m so happy to hear you have a healthy relationship with electronics and that you also had a lovely moment listening to the rain as a part of this exercise. Keep me posted on how your other challenges go :)

Sophie
interesting day… since i don’t read blogs till mid-morning i start my ‘24 hours’ about then and unfortunately the majority of my job is on a computer, therefore a total electronic detox is not possible. however i took the rest of the electronics out of commission… ironically, i realized how i’ve incorporated electronics in my life in good ways!
i was on the road late last night and i normally listen to podcasts however, instead i took the time to breath and listen to the rain. i learned the podcasts keep me focused on something besides the road and muchies! then i realized i make really bad choices when in the car/traveling :/
i have a kindle, read every night… i choose not to use it as part of the detox. wow, no amount of journaling or breathing helped calm my head – i just wanted to know what was happening next in the book! hahah
finally, i forgot, when i turned off my phone… it is my morning alarm! i ended up being to work a little late but all in all… i learned i have a healthy relationship with my electronic devices. :)
