Family Workout with the Kids
For our latest sweat sesh, Adi, Kai, Leo, and I gathered together in our living room for a super fun family workout.
What’s great about these moves is that no one gets left out—everyone gets a good amount of exercise + tons of laughs!
In this video, my hubby and I share how to do squats, push-ups, planks, and side-lunges with the kiddies, along with “ring around the leg press” and squats that gives the kids a bit of air time. To top off the workout, we move into down dogs to create a “London bridge” for the little ones to crawl under!
