Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
For an easy-to-make, raw, vegan, + gluten-free treat, whip up this super yummy and energizing chocolate chia seed pudding!
This heavenly pudding is chockfull of protein and healthy fats from the chia seeds, avocado, and coconut oil and butter and receives its delicious chocolatey flavor from the raw cacao powder in the Cacao Magic and Cacao Bee (which is made by grinding cacao beans into a paste and then removing the oils to create a fine powder).
This magical cacao powder is not only delicious, but is rich in fiber, sulphur, magnesium, calcium, and the neurotransmitters dopamine and phenylethylamine (PEA), which are known to help with weight loss, increase focus, and combat depression!
Gather This:
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Cacao Magic Superfood + Protein Blend
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 teaspoon Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
- 1 tablespoon Cacao Bee Manuka Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or fresh vanilla
Do This:
Combine all ingredients in the food processor or high speed blender. Let sit for 30 minutes in fridge or overnight until the pudding has thickened. Stir and enjoy!
