Post-Workout Superfood Salad Recipe
I love tossing up this delicious superfood salad after a hard sweat session. Try using any variation of these healthy ingredients and dressings in your own post-workout salad!
Gather This:
- mixed greens
- Farmhouse Culture kimchi
- Go Raw sprouted pumpkin seeds
- fermented turnips
- tahini
- Majestic Garlic spread
- Bolani cilantro pesto
- grilled chicken or WildWood Sproutofu Veggie Burger
Do This:
Put your greens, toppings, and sauces in a bowl, mixing in grilled chicken or veggie burger pieces if you’d like some added protein. Toss and IN JOY!
