Beet Berry Bliss Smoothie Recipe
Pack in your phytonutrients with this amazing Beet Berry Bliss Smoothie with a tropical flair. Gather This:
- 8 oz coconut water
- 1 beet, chopped
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 3 kale leaves, de-stemmed
- 1/3 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon Berry Bliss Superfood Blend
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 handful of ice
