Heart of the Week: Crystals + Gemstones

i'm kinda OBSESSED with crystals + gemstones right now, and so are the kiddos! 

We always charge our crystals on the FULL MOON so that they can become cleansed of negative energy and have their vibrational frequencies returned to their former states (I think of it like tuning a guitar to have it to play beautifully again!). 

Then we burn some white sage to clear the energy in our home and arrange the crystals on the bedside table to create an alter of sacred space.
